Clients may cancel their agreement with Pacific Design Group LLC within 3 days of signing our Service Agreement by providing written notice to Pacific Design Group LLC. To initiate a cancellation and request a refund within this period, please contact our support team at 1 (888) 824-7039 or email your cancellation request to business@pacificdesigngroupllc.com. Please note that all transactions are FINAL after the 3-day cancellation period has elapsed. It is essential to understand that services and order processing commence from the moment of purchase; thus, your payment is allocated for branding, management, or to reserve merchandise as soon as it is received. No refunds will be accepted after this rescission period. Furthermore, any demands for a refund or disputes related to any purchase made through PDG, regardless of the nature or reason, will not be accepted and may result in the denial of service for all future purchases. We DO NOT guarantee profit on ANY inventory or services purchased. Shipping Policy: We ship all products in accordance with the weight and dimensions of the boxes required by your platform's shipping policy. They supersede any and all prior communications, contracts, or agreements to the contrary between the parties regarding the subject matter addressed herein, whether oral or written. Refund Processing: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it can take up to 10 business days or longer before your refund is officially posted on your account. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
